🤔 What is Zonked mouth tape?

It’s a soft, flexible strip that goes over your mouth to encourage breathing through your nose while you sleep. Why? Because mouth breathing is a disaster - it dries you out, messes with your sleep, and turns your snoring up to 11. Zonked sorts that out, so you wake up feeling like a legend, not a zombie. Get yourself a proper night’s sleep and be ready to crush the day.

👅 How do I use Zonked?

Dry your lips, peel off the backing tape, close your mouth (gently now cobber), stick it on and give it a little rub to lock it down, hit the sack. You’re officially Zonked!

🛁 How do I take it off?

Just peel it from the top lip down, nice and easy.
Zonked Tip: Bit stuck? Dab on warm water to loosen it up - no need to go full Hulk mode.

😌 Is it safe?

Zonked is safe for most folks - but if you’ve got breathing or heart issues, you're congested, or you've had a few too many drinks (or sedatives), best give it a miss.
Not for kids. 18+ only, legends.

😴 Will it fall off overnight?

Not a chance. Our tape is like your mate who refuses to leave the pub - it stays put.

♻️ Can I reuse it?

Nope. One and done. For hygiene and effectiveness, each strip is single-use. Don’t be stingy with your snooze.

🧔 I’ve got a sweet as mo — am I screwed?

Not at all, you sweet-stashed fella! Zonked is mo - and beard friendly.
Zonked Tip: Add a smidge of lip balm or Vaseline around the edges so it doesn’t catch on your majestic mane.

👃 Do they smell?

Nope. No weird smells here. Zonked is made from natural, odour-free materials - so your sleep stays fresh, and your face doesn’t smell like a chem lab.

💤 Can I use it with my CPAP machine?

In most cases - absolutely (but we always recommend checkin' with your Doc first though). When you get the big thumbs up from your Doc just stick it on, smooth it out, and wear your CPAP as usual!
